Education
We are excited to invite folks into our world of agriculture, homesteading and farming for a most unique learning experience through our online presence on Facebook and YouTube!
We love sharing with folks about what grows best here locally. Our hope is to help educate people and help provide the right tools to help others find success in growing vegetables!
We are one of the few farms in this area who specialize in aquaponics where we host gold fish and can grow hundreds of plants in just water!
We love sharing about our chickens and goats; Fawn and Clover, and all the things we've learned along the way on our small urban homestead farm. We offer things like our Rent a Chick Program where you host baby chicks for 2 weeks in the Spring! Get connected with us on Facebook to keep up with all the fun things we offer through the year.
Family and Community
Our family lives and works onsite at the location of Herbs & Fishes in Fort Mill, SC. While farming takes a lot of time, our main line of work is a small business in water damage and mold remediation called James Restoration, also located here in Fort Mill. We have been proud to serve our community for almost 2 decades through water and mold damage and restoration of homes!
We have been in the Fort Mill community for over 20 years raising our daughters and learning about farming. We have 2 dogs named Roscoe and Daisy, who help herd our flock of chickens.
We are proud to grow, eat and share the food that feeds families here in this community.
